The U-Auto-Pull-It Auto Parts team has a long history in the automotive business dating back to 1963. It began with painting and body work. Over time, the remaining car parts were accumulated as a by-product of that business. In a short time, customers began to ask more and more about auto parts and the business model changed to accommodate the demand.
In 1967, Pipes Auto Parts opened its doors. Other locations, including GM Pipes and Ford & Chrysler Pipes, continued to specialize in car parts for specific models. Pipes U-Pull-It opened on Mansfield Road in 1988. In 1990, another Pipes U-Pull-It was opened at Aero Drive, followed by a third opening at Bossier City on East Texas Street in 1991.
The company’s name changed in 1997 from Pipes U-Pull-It to U-Auto-Pull-It Auto Parts, and business success continued. In 2003, the team opened a spot in Monroe, followed by an opening in Alexandria in 2007.

How does it work
Can I sell my car to U Auto Pull It Auto Parts?
Yes, we aggressively pursue vehicle purchases to maintain the variety and quality of used parts inventory. Call us for more information.
Could you tell me if the specific part I need is on the site?
We do not maintain an inventory per piece, but we can tell you the number of vehicles currently specified in our yard and a date of arrival. Also note that you can call any of our stores, and they can search our car inventory to tell you the availability of the vehicle in the six stores. You can also search the inventory on this website.
What tools should I bring?
We provide free three-wheeled buggies for your use, but you must bring all the necessary tools to get the job done. If you forget a tool, we offer low cost basic tools for sale in the Tool Rack located in our sales area.
Will you pick up my junk car?
Yes, you can bring it, or we can pick it up for you. We bought a large number of off-street vehicles and would appreciate the opportunity to help remove the car and clean your yard.
Do I need the vehicle title to sell it?
A title is preferred, but if you can not locate it, we can still buy your vehicle. The State of Louisiana provides for “Salvage Yard Auto Hulk,” a provision that allows us to buy your vehicle if you witness the property.
Is it allowed to use a cutting torch?
No fire is allowed on the premises, including the use of propane bottles. Alternatively, the use of a battery or gas powered cutting saw is allowed.
What if I need to lift an extra large heavy object?
A motor hoist is in place for use. In extreme cases, we will also provide forklift services at a rate of $ 25 per lift.
Are scissor cats allowed in the yard?
No, scissor jacks and butt jacks are prohibited for safety reasons. However, rolling floor jacks are allowed.
Is it possible to take a part to match?
Please note that our policy requires that all parties, whether yours or ours, that leave our yard will be considered charged unless they are revealed and noted at the entrance.
How old do you have to be to enter the yard?
You have to be sixteen or older to enter the yard.
