Very good prices. Customer service was great. Since never had been there. They explained how to find what vehicle's you were looking for.
Gave a print out of where they were all at . Had alot of the vehicles I was looking for in stock . Very well organized. Only reason for a 4 star . When I called the only thing they could tell me was the vehicles were there. Not if the parts I was looking for were there. So I took the chance drove 2 hrs . Luckily they had the parts I needed.
Scheduled a sale of vehicle on a Monday for a Wednesday pick up, the only day they say they had available. On Tuesday I get a call from a tow truck about a scheduled pick up that day. I knew nothing about it. No one said anything to me. I don't accept it cause my appointment is for Wednesday. Come Wednesday I call in the morning, 9am when they open, and my appointment is no longer on the books… Again, nobody has told me anything at this point. They put me back on the schedule for 11am to 1pm for pickup. Come 12:30 there is no call from anybody so I call back to be rudely answered by some guy that says we're closed. I asked about my already scheduled pick-up, to which he tells me we have already shut all our computers down. The only thing I can tell you is to call back Friday and schedule another appointment. Then hangs up in my face. The only bright spot for me the whole time was the service by Miss Lisha I think her name is. The rest of the service I experienced is just unorganized and unprofessional.
The employee with the long beard was very rude, he yelled at me to get in line after I told him I had one question. I didn't make any purchases, I just wanted to leave the site, I began to feel bad, and after I went to ask, I was yelled at by an employee.
Expensive prices. When you return stuff they would do anything to not to give your money back. Stuff here have no customer service understanding. Specifically black guy at the checkout window and white lady at the entrance window. Stay away from these beings
$5 Entry fee. Not bad. Layout was very organized. They even gave us a printout that told us which area, and row to check for the vehicles we were looking for. Prices are reasonable as well.
